01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ch999 website accessible at ch999.asia, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services offered thereunder.
• "ch999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ch999 platform, operating under international gaming license standards.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ch999 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration and identity verification on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR value held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus amounts separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, welcome bonus allocations, reload bonuses, or cashback amounts credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual PKR deposits made by the User via supported payment methods, net of any withdrawals already processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by ch999 before processing withdrawal requests or at any point deemed necessary by ch999 for compliance purposes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or ch999 policy.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ch999 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotional activity offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting ch999 customer support via live chat.

ch999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ch999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. ch999 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any session on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ch999 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers or payment processors.

ch999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification. The burden of demonstrating eligibility rests entirely with the User.

04 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money games, place bets, or process transactions on the ch999 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following rules govern Account registration and identity verification:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ch999 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ch999 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
• Identity Verification (KYC): ch999 may require you to submit identity documents including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired.
• Verification Timelines: KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of document submission. ch999 reserves the right to extend this period where additional review is required.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ch999 staff will never ask you for your account password under any circumstances.

ch999 reserves the right to refuse registration, close an Account, or withhold funds pending investigation where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has provided false information, is attempting to circumvent Platform policies, or poses a fraud or money laundering risk.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ch999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Supported Methods: ch999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are subject to change; current options are always displayed in the Platform cashier.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ch999, though individual payment method limits may apply.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within 2 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours. ch999 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified Accounts that have completed KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests for amounts covered by Bonus Funds require satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement before processing.
• Withdrawal Processing: ch999 targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider operations.
• Same-Method Policy: ch999 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where technically feasible — meaning withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is applied for fraud prevention purposes.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ch999 will not process deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any such transactions detected will be reversed and may trigger an Account review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ch999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero, as stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another remains active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: ch999 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between accounts. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings cancelled without notice.
• ch999's Discretion: ch999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion.

07 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the ch999 Platform operate under the following rules and standards:

• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on ch999 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for statistical randomness and fairness. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are available within each game's information panel.
• Software Integrity: Users must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any game software, Platform interface, or associated system. Any technical malfunction or game error that results in an erroneous outcome does not create an obligation on ch999 to honour such an outcome. ch999 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and restore balances to their pre-error state.
• Void Bets: ch999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software error, data feed corruption, fraudulent activity, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a connection interruption during a game round, ch999's server logs will determine the outcome of that round. Reconnecting and resuming play after a disconnection does not entitle a User to a refund of any bet placed prior to the disconnection.

08 Sportsbook Rules

The ch999 sportsbook operates under a separate set of rules that supplement these general Terms & Conditions. Key provisions include:

• Bet Acceptance: ch999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on erroneous odds, or bets flagged by integrity monitoring systems.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed. ch999 is not liable for any losses arising from odds fluctuations between bet placement and confirmation.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for a market to be settled (as specified in the applicable sport rules), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. ch999 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at ch999's discretion where the suspension was triggered by a key event in the match.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and in the Platform's Sportsbook Rules section. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

09 Responsible Gaming

ch999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our users seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period. These limits are enforced at the Platform level and override individual game session limits.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session time reminders and hard limits to manage their time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for any gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the ch999 Platform by contacting customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ch999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Employing any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a manner that generates an unintended financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gambling activity on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ch999 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ch999 Platform — including but not limited to the ch999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ch999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from ch999.
• Use ch999 branding, trademarks, or logos in any context outside the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any means.
• Create derivative works based on ch999 Platform content or game assets.

Any unauthorised use of ch999 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

ch999 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, DDoS attacks, or circumstances beyond ch999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

ch999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, KYC documents, transaction history, and gameplay logs for account management, compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Storage of data on secured servers with industry-standard encryption. ch999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Retention of transaction and identity records for the period required by applicable financial crime prevention regulations, typically a minimum of five years from account closure.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to ch999's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted via live chat support.

14 Amendments to Terms

ch999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, payment processing rules, or Platform functionality.

Where amendments are material in nature, ch999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via in-platform notification or registered email address at least 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ch999 holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ch999 dispute resolution process described in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction, to which both parties irrevocably submit.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection or gambling regulation laws of your own jurisdiction of residence.

16 Contact & Dispute Resolution

ch999 is committed to resolving all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The following process applies to any dispute or complaint arising from your use of the Platform:

Please include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any relevant evidence. ch999 aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.
